Michael Wahl (Host and Owner of Unlimited Outdoors) is very respected throughout the hunting community, he is a 36 year hunting veteran, professional guide of 20 years experience, successful video producer, TV and radio personality, has taken numerous trophy deer and turkey and other big game, takes waterfowl and upland birds with archery, is an avid/accomplished fisherman and is often a featured seminar speaker at hunting shows across the country. Mike is an encyclopedia of outdoors information and often teaches free classes to women and children on how to be proficient and safe in the outdoors. Mike is a 9 year Marine Corps veteran, P.O.S.T Certified Firearms  Instructor (for law enforcement), and an NAA level III Archery Instructor. Mike took his first archery buck at the age of 8 and is a fierce competitor in 3D archery shoots across the western US. Since 1989 Unlimited Outdoors has developed into one of the largest international archery retailers in the world.

Ken Tarr (Co-Host) is one of the most accomplished Blacktail, Mule deer, Coyote, waterfowl, pig and upland bird hunters to ever come out of California. This is quite an accomplishment being that there are close to 6 million hunters in California. Ken is also a great seminar speaker with an electric/humorous personality and extreme athleticism. Ken is one of the best rifle shots in the western US and an extremely good archery hunter with uncanny game tracking abilities.

 Rod Akin (Co-Host) is also a very accomplished Blacktail, Mule deer and Coyote hunter. Rod is a retired 18 year veteran of the California Highway Patrol with top notch tactical skills. Rod enjoys Cowboy Action Shooting, is a top competitor and firearms expert Rod has developed amazing archery skills. I guess that is expected since he has been shooting archery for 40 years. Rod is also an avid fly fisherman and owns “The Hunters Blind”, which is a new gun store in Grass Valley, CA.

Mike, Ken, and Rod’s humble personalities and their own developed state of the art hunting and fishing tactics have given them quite a following in California. Because Mike, Ken, and Rod come across as friends and well spoken knowledgeable hunters/fishermen/outdoorsmen, people listen to their product recommendations and pay close attention to how they use them effectively.

Unlimited Outdoors will be available to over 26 million households and growing! Unlimited Outdoors will be seen on Men’s Outdoors & Recreation (MOR), the Outdoors Channel and the Sportsman’s Channel.

 Men’s Outdoors & Recreation (MOR) is broadcast on Dish Network, Direct TV Comcast, Time Warner, Charter, Cox, Adelphia, Insight and others. The show will be shown as West Coast Hunter.

 The Sportsman’s Channel is broadcast on Comcast, InterMedia Outdoors to broadcast the show to Florida Sportsmen. In addition, InterMedia Outdoors’ Petersen’s Bowhunting magazine will become the title sponsor of “Monday Night Bow and Black Powder,” home to another stellar line-up of TSC programs dedicated to the archery and black powder enthusiast. TSC is presently in 14.7 million households nationwide on a full and part-time basis. the show will be shown as Unlimited Outdoors TV.
