I use these broadheads myself.
They fly like field points and are extremely deadly. they make a rectangle
hole that
is 1" inch by 1 3/4" inches. The forward facing blades pivot back as you
can see
in the animation. The picture also shows that the leading edge and point
of the
forward facing blades are the razor sharp cutting edge. There is no dull
edge that
to be pushed back for these broadheads to work. If the pivoting blades
don't open
you still get great penetration and a lethal cutting pattern because they
cut in the
front leading edge. I love these broadheads.
